About Sojourn at Seneca

Sojourn at Seneca provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health support for adults navigating emotional, behavioral, or cognitive challenges. Whether someone needs 24/7 inpatient stabilization or structured daytime support through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), our team is dedicated to creating a safe, healing environment where recovery can begin. We believe every person deserves dignity, respect, and the chance to move forward with confidence.

OUR MISSION

To provide compassionate, person-centered behavioral health care that supports emotional stability, safety, and long-term wellness for adults in our community.

OUR VISION

A community where adults have timely access to high-quality behavioral health services that promote healing, hope, and recovery at every stage.

Who We Serve

We support adults (55+ with age exceptions case by case) experiencing:

  • Depression or anxiety

  • Mood instability

  • Emotional distress

  • Behavioral changes tied to mental health conditions

  • Challenges returning to daily routines

  • Difficulty managing stress, relationships, or responsibilities

  • Transitions after hospitalization

  • Need for structured, therapeutic support

Whether in crisis or seeking structured therapy to maintain stability, our programs provide a path forward.

Our Levels of Care

24/7 psychiatric stabilization and therapeutic support for adults needing immediate safety and structure.

A structured daytime program focused on skills, therapy, coping strategies, and emotional regulation—without overnight stay.

Together, these programs create a continuum of care that supports patients through crisis, recovery, and transition back into the community.

Our Approach to Care

Compassion.

Dignity.

Professionalism.

Every patient receives:

  • Transition and aftercare planning

Our goal is to provide care that is respectful, safe, and rooted in evidence-based practice.
