Visiting Hours & Guidelines

At Sojourn at Seneca Senior Behavioral Health Hospital, we understand the importance of family and friends in the healing process. To ensure the safety and well-being of our patients, we have established specific visiting hours and guidelines.

Visitation Hours

Monday through Friday:

3:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Saturday and Sunday:

2:00 PM to 3:00 PM or

3:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Scheduling Visits

Loved ones must call and schedule visits one day in advance at 567-207-2230.
Visits are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Entry Requirements

Visitors must know the passcode to enter the facility for a visit.
All visitors must sign in at the front desk upon arrival.

Age Restriction

No one under 18 years of age is permitted in the facility.

Visitor Limitations

Only ONE loved one may visit at a time.
Visitors are limited to two persons per day. If two persons are visiting, the one-hour time slot must be split (e.g., 30/30 mins, 20/40 mins, 50/10 mins).
Persons can switch places only once during the visit.

Personal Belongings

No personal belongings are allowed on the unit, including cellphones, purses, food, etc.
If bringing clothes for your loved one, please give them to the staff to be logged.
Lockers with keys are located in the lobby for securing belongings.

Visitor Conduct

Please respect the privacy and comfort of all patients.
Visitors are expected to maintain a quiet and peaceful environment.
Any disruptive behavior may result in the termination of the visit.
