About the Role:

Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) are essential members of the Sojourn at Seneca care team, providing direct support to patients in a compassionate and safe environment. • Shifts Available: Days & Nights

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing and supporting individualized patient care plans.

• Monitor patient behaviors, mood, and responses to care, documenting observations accurately.

• Actively engage with patients during activities, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.

• Provide emotional support, crisis intervention, and de-escalation as needed.

• Collaborate with nurses and therapists to ensure seamless care delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (required).

• Experience in behavioral health or healthcare preferred but not required—training provided!

• Empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
